About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead strategies that expand customer adoption from single-use into multi-use, unlocking the full value of our ecosystem. This role is central to our mission of driving long-term user engagement and sustainable revenue growth.
You will combine business strategy, advanced analytics, and cross-functional execution to identify opportunities, design initiatives, and deliver measurable uplift in cross-use case adoption. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, translate insights into action, and manage multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Use Case Adoption & Expansion
- Lead initiatives to convert single-use customers into multi-use customers, with a clear focus on increasing frequency, retention
- Conduct gap analysis on user behavior to identify which segments under-utilize services, and define targeted pathways to expand adoption.
- Design incentive structures, loyalty mechanics, and campaigns that encourage users to explore adjacent services.
- Partner with Business Units to co-develop initiative and track incremental uplift.
2. Data Analytics & Insights
- Own cross-use case funnel analysis, from acquisition through activation, multi-use, and retention.
- Develop dashboards and cohort analyses to track adoption trends, drop-off points, and incremental contributions from growth initiatives.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that guide strategic decisions.
3. Growth Strategy & Planning
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for cross-use case growth, aligned with overall company KPIs.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Benchmark ecosystem growth strategies of leading super apps, fintech, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor industry trends and evolving consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Identify whitespace opportunities where cross-use adoption can create defensible advantage.
5. Stakeholder Leadership
- Work closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align and execute initiatives.
- Present insights, strategy, and results to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks for cross-use case adoption that can scale across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, or growth/operations roles in technology, fintech, or consumer platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption, retention, or ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to work with large datasets and extract insights. (Mixpanel,Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
- Bonus: Prior experience in loyalty programs, multi-product ecosystems, or cross-use case growth strategies.
