Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Growth Manager plays a critical role in driving new business by supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of high‑impact pitches and growth initiatives. This role works closely with client, strategy, and creative teams to identify opportunities, shape compelling proposals, and ensure the business presents a clear, strategic, and differentiated value proposition to prospective clients. The Growth Manager oversees the pitch process end‑to‑end, from opportunity qualification to proposal development and final presentation, enabling Tag to compete and win more effectively. Acting as a connector across the business, the Growth Manager brings discipline, insight, and commercial thinking to how we pursue, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth Pitches & New Business Management

  • Manage the full pitch lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to final submission and presentation.
  • Coordinate inputs across strategy, creative, client, production, and operations teams to build strong, cohesive proposals.
  • Run pitch rehearsals, ensure readiness, and elevate presentation quality.
  • Maintain pitch trackers, documentation, deadlines, and governance for each pursuit.

Growth Content Development

  • Develop high-quality pitch materials including RFI/RFP responses.
  • Shape storytelling flow and value propositions to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Development of growth-related content including go‑to‑market materials for priority sectors, capabilities, or regions, case studies, and capability narratives.
  • Support on the planning, coordination, and execution of pipeline‑building initiatives to support revenue targets.
  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms (reviews, reporting, performance tracking) to ensure initiatives progress effectively and unblock issues early during pursuit.

Cross Functional Alignment & Governance

  • Coordinate across markets, capabilities, and teams to ensure cohesive collaboration during growth and pitch activity.
  • Maintain and report on the opportunity pipeline, providing visibility of progress, gaps, and performance.
  • Run key growth governance rituals (weekly pipeline reviews, pursuit standups, win/loss reviews).
  • Analyse pitch performance, win/loss themes, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain templates, processes, and toolkits to streamline growth operations.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership, enabling data‑driven decision-making.

  • Pipeline health and opportunity/initiative contribution

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in growth, business development, marketing, or agency environments
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end pitches and convert opportunities into wins
  • Strong in RFP/RFI responses with sharp storytelling and positioning
  • Highly organised, managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables seamlessly
  • Commercially driven with experience in pipeline tracking and performance insights
  • Collaborative self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
