We're looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of revenue growth from top to bottom of the funnel. If you thrive at the crossroads of product, marketing, and analytics and love turning insights into impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Map and continuously refine the full user journey — from sign-up through activation, conversion, and long-term retention — identifying friction points and unlocking growth opportunities at every stage
  • Lead multi-channel campaign execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, managing budgets, bids, creative testing, and optimization across multiple markets and languages
  • Build and drive an experimentation culture through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to find scalable growth levers and improve conversion at every funnel stage
  • Translate campaign and funnel data into sharp, actionable insights that shape roadmap decisions, quarterly planning, and performance reviews with stakeholders
  • Make smart, evidence-backed investment calls across paid and lifecycle initiatives to maximize returns and accelerate customer acquisition
  • Partner closely with product, analytics, sales, and vendor teams to align on priorities and amplify growth impact across markets
  • Keep a pulse on emerging channels, tools, and industry trends to continuously bring fresh growth ideas to the table

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Hands-on expertise across SEO, paid ads, paid social, events, and field marketing
  • Sharp analytical skills with practical experience in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and creative performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and report on full-funnel ROI with clarity
  • Established networks with regional marketing agencies and fluency in marketing analytics platforms
  • Fluency in both English and Thai — with the storytelling chops to communicate performance and strategy to any audience
  • A self-starter mentality comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes in a lean, fast-moving environment
