We're looking for a growth marketer to lead charge in scaling HR solutions. Your mission is to own the candidate growth enginedriving high-quality acquisitions and ensuring users don't just sign up but actually build and activate their profiles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Acquisition & Growth
- Strategize and experiment with new acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, and community).
- Scale our candidate user base and drive platform growth.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns to boost sign-ups, profile creation, and profile updates.
2. Content & Communication
- Co-create content strategies tailored specifically for job seekers.
- Craft engaging copy for Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and email.
- Collaborate with team on both on-page and off-page content initiatives.
3. Data & Experimentation
- Define and own growth KPIs such as sign-ups, activation, and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, content, and CTAs.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on real data.
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with the internal team to deep-dive into user insights.
- Bridge gap between users and tech by providing candidate insights.
- Partner on developing new features and campaigns that enhance user experience.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Experimentation Mindset: You love testing new ideas and launching fresh campaigns.
- Strong Communicator: Solid content writing skills (you don't need to be an agency-level copywriter, but you must know how to tell a story).
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice-to-haves:
- Platform Experience: Background in Marketing for Startups, SaaS, or Marketplaces.
- Domain Expertise: Understanding of job seeker behavior or experience in candidate, career, or education-related projects.
- Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of Awareness Signup Activation flow.
- Ad Management: Experience running ads across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Community & Organic: Proven track record in building communities or driving organic growth campaigns.
- Data Literacy: Proficient with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Tag Manager).
