We are building an education platform for children in Southeast Asia, starting from Thailand.

Our mission is to expand children's future opportunities through high-quality and accessible learning.

We operate both offline learning centers and a learning app, and we are now focused on scaling our product through better user experience and conversion.

■ Location

ลาดพร้าว / วิภาวดี Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)

■ Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Product Associate who will focus on improving conversion and user experience.

This is not a pure marketing or product role.

You will work across product, customer experience, and growth to identify why users do not convert — and fix it.

■ Key Mission

Improve conversion from free users to paid users by understanding customer behavior and redesigning the user journey.

■ Responsibilities

1. Conversion & Funnel Improvement

• Analyze user behavior from inquiry to paid conversion

• Identify drop-off points and key conversion blockers

• Propose and execute improvements (UX, messaging, flow)

2. Customer Insight (Very Important)

• Directly interact with customers (parents)

• Understand decision-making process and concerns

• Translate insights into actionable improvements

3. Growth Experimentation

• Test different acquisition channels (FB, YouTube, TikTok, LINE)

• Propose new ideas for user acquisition and conversion

• Execute small, fast experiments to find what works

4. Product Improvement (with engineer)

• Suggest improvements to product and onboarding

• Work closely with 1 engineer to implement changes

• Prioritize simple, high-impact changes

■ Requirements

Must Have

• 1–3 years experience in marketing, growth, product, or similar roles

• Strong interest in understanding customer behavior

• Ability to think logically and solve problems

• Thai (native level) + English (business level)

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2C services

• Experience in education or EdTech

• Basic data analysis skills (Google Analytics, etc.)

• Experience working in small teams or startups

■ Working Style

• You will occasionally interact with customers (especially on weekends) to gather insights

• Customer support is not your main role — your focus is to improve conversion

• You will work directly with the founder and have high ownership

■ Salary

25,000 – 35,000 THB
