Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Agent role based at CELES SAMUI in Ko Samui.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a hospitable and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in front office or guest service roles in hotels or resorts, including handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing.
- Comfort with property management systems (PMS), basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new hotel software tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
