Job Description

Summary

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing professional and friendly front desk service to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. This role supports Front Office operations by handling guest check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs throughout their stay.

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently according to hotel procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and operations.
  • Handle guest feedback or concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or guest service in a hotel environment.
  • Good communication skills in English additional languages are a plus.
  • Friendly personality with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
