As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay. You will ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences while providing personalized assistance that reflects Avani brand and exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Process reservations, payments, billing and cashiering transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with room assignments, VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
  • Follow hotel policies, safety procedures and service standards at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude.
  • Able to work flexible shifts.
  • Positive, professional and well-groomed appearance.
