Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok City, Thailand for a Guest Service Agent. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel services, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
