Role Description The Guest Service Agent (Thai Speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based at Golden Paradise Hotel in Phuket. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling reservations and inquiries in Thai and English. The Guest Service Agent assists guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation, and resolves guest issues promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include coordinating with other hotel departments, processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, and ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable. The role requires consistent delivery of courteous, efficient service to support a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel reservation and front office systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
