Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Centre is responsible to facilitate efficient communications for both guests and associates within the hotel and and for external communications.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality with Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience or internship in hotel operations are an added advantage.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Good command of English and computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, Outlook Email and Opera
