A guided mentoring program where students receive structured support from counselors and mentors for profile building, admissions planning, university applications, and career guidance.
We are building a modular, scalable SaaS ecosystem for students, counselors, schools, and universities, integrating features like:

Role Overview
The Guidance Counselling & User Support Associate will work closely with students, parents, and counselors to ensure a smooth and engaging experience across both ULIO and ULIO Premium programs.
The role focuses on student engagement, mentoring coordination, platform guidance, and admissions process support, helping students stay organized, motivated, and informed throughout their academic and application journey.
The associate will also ensure students are actively using the ULIO platform tools while receiving structured mentoring support through ULIO Premium.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Guidance & Mentoring Support
- Guide students in exploring career interests and academic pathways using ULIO tools
- Assist students in understanding global university admission processes
- Support students in planning extracurricular activities, projects, and profile-building initiatives
- Provide guidance on test preparation planning (SAT, ACT, IELTS, etc.)
- Coordinate with senior counselors for advanced ULIO Premium mentoring sessions
User Support & Platform Assistance
- Help students and parents navigate ULIO platform features
- Provide onboarding support for new ULIO and ULIO Premium users
- Assist students in using tools such as:
- Career forecasting
- University discovery
- Task planner
- Test preparation modules
- Profile building sections
- Respond to user queries through email, chat, and calls
- Ensure a smooth digital experience for students using the platform
Student Engagement & Progress Tracking
- Monitor student engagement and activity on the ULIO platform
- Track progress in profile building, applications, and mentoring milestones
- Follow up on student tasks, deadlines, and application timelines
- Encourage consistent participation in ULIO Premium mentoring sessions
- Identify students who may require additional support or intervention
Admissions Process Coordination
- Assist in organizing counseling sessions with ULIO mentors
- Support students in application planning and timeline management
- Coordinate document submissions and application tracking
- Assist in organizing essay support, recommendation letters, and profile reviews
Event & Program Support
- Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and student engagement events
- Support ULIO Premium mentoring programs
- Conduct follow-ups after counseling sessions or workshops
- Assist with school outreach initiatives and student engagement activities
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement
- Update CRM systems and student progress trackers
- Track participation in ULIO Premium mentoring programs
- Provide feedback to product and counseling teams on platform usability and user experience
- Identify recurring student issues and recommend improvements
