Key Responsibility:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support tenant acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, brochures, and signage.
Tenant Engagement
- Plan and execute tenant events, loyalty programs, and community-building activities.
- Create and distribute newsletters and updates to enhance tenant satisfaction and communication.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand tenant demographics, preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and tenant conversion rates.
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Oversee content creation for property listings, websites, and promotional materials.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, retail, tenant service role, or property management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and content.
- Experience in retail or commercial property marketing.
- Knowledge of tenant lifecycle and leasing processes.
- Familiarity with property management software and platforms.
