We are looking for a solid Hardware Test Engineer with strong fundamentals in the below areas to join our Team for carrying out testing/troubleshooting and failure analysis of PCB Assemblies that find their end use /application in Autonomous vehicles for our Customer.
Knowledge and Experience
- BS, or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics or relevant disciplines
- Strong in fundamentals of Electronic circuits (for eg. Op Amps etc.,)
- Strong experience in digital interfaces and i2r
- Strong hands-on EE lab skills, including PCBA bringing-up, testing and troubleshooting
- Experience in Python software development
- Strong experience in test operations for volume production
- Strong experience in managing contract manufacturers
- Good communication skills in English
The Test Engineer will be responsible on a day to day basis in the following activities:
- Develop and maintain HW/SW of test stations for PCBAand module level testing
- Provide technical leadership to our manufacturing partners to bring up, troubleshoot and maintain production testers.
- Manage our manufacturing partners to fulfill the test capacity requirements and to improve test yields.
- Conduct PCBA and photonic module failure analysis ofproduction fallouts
- Develop product troubleshooting and rework procedures
- Document tester requirements/specification and manage tester vendors to develop testers
