Develop and drive the company-wideLearning & Development (L&D) strategyaligned with business goals and organizational direction
Design and build aCorporate Academy / Learning Frameworkcovering all employee levels (Staff, Supervisor, Manager, and Leadership)
Analyzeskill gaps and competency gapsand develop short-term and long-term people development plans (Upskill, Reskill, Leadership Pipeline)
Design and manage learning programs includingIn-house training, External training, Online learning, On-the-job Training, as well asCoaching and Mentoring programs
Develop and implementLeadership Development, Talent Development, and Succession Planning programs
Partner closely with senior management and line managers to design learning solutions that are practical and aligned with real business needs
Establish systems to measure learning effectiveness, such astraining effectiveness, learning ROI, and people development KPIs
Lead and manage theHRD / Academy / Trainer team, including training budgets and resource planning
Leveragedigital learning technologies, includingLMS, online learning platforms, and AI for learning, to enhance learning effectiveness and scalability
Support organizational initiatives related toTransformation, Change Management, and Culture Development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields
Minimum710 years of experienceinHRD / Learning & Development / Training, with proven team leadership experience
Proven experience in developingL&D strategies, Corporate Academy, or Competency Frameworksat an organizational level
Strong business acumen with the ability to design learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities
Experience inLeadership Development programs, Digital Learning, LMS, or Change Managementwill be a strong advantage
