Head Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Head Engineer located in Bangkok. The Head Engineer will oversee and manage all engineering and maintenance operations within the property, ensuring optimal performance of systems and facilities. Responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance programs, supervising engineering staff, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves managing budgets, suppliers, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technical aspects of the property.

• Expertise in Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance, Construction, and Facility Management
• Skills in Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving, and Technical Leadership
• Ability to manage and train an engineering team and oversee external contractors
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety protocols
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or building management industry
• Proficiency in English and Thai is advantageous
