About the Role
Orchids The International School is looking for a seasoned AI Performance Marketing leader to drive data-led, AI-powered growth marketing across admissions and brand campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, marketing technology, and applied AI responsible for building intelligent, scalable systems that improve lead quality, reduce cost per acquisition, and accelerate enrollment growth across all school branches/regions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer who has evolved with the industry from traditional paid media to AI-driven predictive targeting, automation, and marketing intelligence and can lead a high-performing team while working closely with admissions, brand, and content functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
● Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate) integrating AI/ML tools for targeting, bidding, and creative optimization.
● Define and drive the AI adoption roadmap for marketing - predictive lead scoring, automated bidding, AI-generated creative testing, and conversational AI for lead nurturing.
● Lead, mentor, and scale a team of performance marketers, media buyers, and marketing analysts.
● Partner with senior leadership to align performance marketing goals with enrollment and revenue targets across school campuses.
Performance & Growth
● Manage large-scale paid media budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, and emerging AI-first ad platforms.
● Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness to admission conversion) using AI-driven attribution and marketing mix modeling.
● Use AI/automation tools to improve lead quality scoring, audience segmentation, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
● Drive continuous A/B testing frameworks powered by AI insights to improve CTR, CPL, and CAC.
Marketing Technology & Data
● Own the MarTech stack (CDPs, CRM integrations, marketing automation, GMB, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, etc.) and ensure AI tools are embedded across the tech stack.
● Work closely with data/analytics teams to build predictive dashboards for enrollment forecasting and campaign ROI.
● Evaluate and implement new AI marketing tools (generative AI for ad creatives/copy, chatbots, conversational lead qualification).
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with brand, content, and admissions counseling teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead handoff.
● Partner with agencies/vendors managing paid media, ORM, and affiliate marketing to ensure AI-first best practices.
● Report performance metrics, insights, and AI-led experiments to leadership on a regular cadence.
Required Skills & Experience
● 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing, with at least 1–2 years focused on AI-driven or MarTech-led marketing initiatives.
● Proven experience managing large-scale (min 100 crore budget) paid media budgets across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms.
● Strong working knowledge of AI/ML applications in marketing: predictive analytics, automated bidding, generative AI for creatives, chatbot/conversational AI, lead scoring models.
● Hands-on experience with MarTech and analytics tools - Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Sprout Social, CRM/marketing automation platforms, GMB, GA4.
● Experience in education sector / admissions-driven business is highly preferred (schools, EdTech, higher-ed, or high-consideration B2C).
● Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with dashboards, attribution models, and marketing mix modeling.
● Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams (performance, content, social, ORM).
● Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work with leadership, admissions teams, and external agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
● MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Prior experience in a D2C, EdTech, or multi-location retail/franchise business with performance-led growth.
● Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or AI/ML marketing tools.
● Experience with generative AI tools for marketing (e.g., AI copywriting, AI creative testing platforms).
