Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ko Samui for a Head Nurse. The Head Nurse will oversee and manage nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and wellness practices. Responsibilities include managing the nursing team, coordinating healthcare services, supporting critical care needs, and providing compassionate care to clients. The role also involves collaborating with other wellness professionals to ensure holistic patient support, as well as maintaining compliance with medical protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing Management and team leadership to supervise and guide the nursing staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Nursing and Patient Care to ensure excellent healthcare services and attention to patient wellbeing.
• Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to ensure preparedness for health emergencies and specialized care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to the unique setting of a wellness sanctuary.
• Relevant nursing licensure and certifications in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prior experience in a wellness, hospitality, or related healthcare setting is a plus.
