About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Head of Accounting & Financial Operations to lead our finance, accounting, and core business support functions. This is a senior leadership position responsible for transforming business strategy into measurable financial and operational results.
You will oversee end‑to‑end financial governance, elevate operational efficiency, and partner closely with business leaders to enable sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a results‑focused finance leader who excels in building high‑performing teams and driving cross‑functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate organizational strategy into financial plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and long‑term financial planning.
- Provide executive‑level financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with regulatory and audit standards.
- Strengthening internal controls, governance, and financial discipline across the organization.
- Oversee month‑end / year‑end closing activities with accuracy and transparency.
- Optimize cross‑functional performance across accounting, finance, sales support, marketing support, logistics, inventory, and HR.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives (ERP, BI, HRIS, CRM).
- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary finance and operations team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Support workforce planning, capability development, and succession readiness.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Maintain strong ethical standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Strong command of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in ERP, BI tools, HRIS, and relevant financial systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- 15 years working experience in Accounting and Finance plus minimum 5 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, or business operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi‑functional teams and improving financial performance.
- Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, and executive reporting.
