Head of Accounting & Finance / CFO - Food & Beverages

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions and business planning.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in financial processes.
• Lead monthend and yearend closing activities and coordinate with external auditors.
• Drive ERP implementation and ensure efficiency across accounting, inventory, and financial systems.
  
• Improve financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data transparency.
• Ensure robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead, train, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Build a highperforming finance function that supports business growth.
• Foster a culture of accuracy, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proven experience in financial management and accounting leadership from Food and Beverages business.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP, POS, and financial systems.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problemsolving abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Experience with IPO processes is a strong advantage.
