We are seeking a highly experienced accounting executive to lead our Accounting function and strengthen the organization's financial reporting, governance, and accounting operations in line with Publicly Accountable Entities (PAE) and listed-company standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Big 4 audit experience, listed-company exposure, hands-on accounting operations leadership, and proven experience in IPO preparation or accounting transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Accounting function, including financial closing, reporting, consolidation, and accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), PAE requirements, and relevant SEC/SET regulations.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements for a listed/public company environment.
- Drive accounting transformation and process improvement to strengthen reporting accuracy, efficiency, governance, and IPO/public-company readiness.
- Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks.
- Partner with external auditors, regulators, advisors, and key internal stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and manage a sizeable accounting organization while building strong functional capability and succession readiness.
- Act as a key accounting advisor to CFO and senior management on complex accounting matters and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in Accounting and/or Audit.
- Strong foundation in external audit with a leading Big 4 audit firm; preferably 5–10+ years.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level Accounting Operations leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with a listed company within the past 10 years.
- Strong expertise in PAE accounting standards and preparation/review of PAE financial statements.
- Hands-on experience in IPO preparation, pre-IPO readiness, or transformation from non-public to public-company accounting/reporting standards.
- Proven experience managing a sizeable Accounting team, preferably 30+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of TFRS/IFRS, financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in a large, complex, multi-entity or multi-business organization is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
