Our client, a Thai-Japanese metalworking company, is seeking a Head of Administration & Governance to lead key corporate support functions, including HR & General Affairs, Finance & Accounting, Compliance, and Purchasing. This role ensures smooth operations, adherence to corporate policies from headquarters, and drives efficiency to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting
- Supervise accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Monitor financial performance, manage risks, and coordinate with auditors and HQ teams.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
HR & General Affairs
- Lead HR & GA operations and provide guidance to executives.
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage general affairs including facilities, safety, office services, and employee support.
- Promote organizational culture, internal communication, and team development.
- Oversee IT operations, policies, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Support on digital transformation and process improvements.
- Manage legal and compliance matters, audits, risk controls, and training.
Purchasing
- Supervise procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure governance, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and process improvements in procurement.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Experience managing multiple corporate functions (HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and business systems; working English required, Japanese a plus.
