Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our Adult Learning and Lifelong Learning division. In this senior strategic role, you will oversee a cross-functional team of 20-40 professionals spanning Content, Technology, Adoption, and Marketing. Your mandate is to unify these distinct functions, breaking down silos to ensure cohesive execution. You will act as the primary strategic liaison to our key government clients (Ministry level) while simultaneously identifying and architecting new monetization opportunities across B2G, B2B, and B2C channels. You are the architect of our future growth, driving innovation to stay ahead of the curve in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction & Monetization: While not holding P&L accountability, you are responsible for designing the commercial roadmap. You must identify and strategize how to monetize products and services across multiple channels (Government, Corporate B2B, and Consumer B2C).
- Organizational Leadership (Silo-Busting): Lead and unify a mid-sized team (20-40 staff). Ensure that Heads of Content, Tech, Marketing, and Adoption are not working in isolation but are aligned on a shared vision and operational workflow.
- Stakeholder Management (PIC): Serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) for high-level client relationships, specifically with Ministry officials. You will manage expectations, navigate complex requirements, and represent the company's vision to external stakeholders.
- Market Innovation: Look around the corner to anticipate future trends in Adult Education and the Future of Work. Ensure our offerings are innovative and competitive, moving beyond traditional delivery methods.
- Adoption & Success: Oversee the strategy for user adoption ensuring that what we build is effectively utilized by the target audience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior management role managing cross-functional teams of similar size (20+ staff).
- Strong strategic mindset with experience in business development or defining monetization models (B2B/B2G/B2C).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating government or large enterprise relationships.
- Passion for education is a must; a professional background in EdTech/Education is a bonus.
