Qualifications:
Solid experience leading AI, data, or analytics teams in fast moving environments, ideally within banking, fintech, or tech driven companies.
Strong understanding of the AI and data lifecycle; from data engineering to deploying machine learning models.
At least 5 years of direct experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with enough seniority and experience to lead and guide a technical team.
Strategic and hands on, comfortable shaping the vision while staying close to the work.
Familiar with compliance, data governance, and working in regulated environments.
A confident communicator who can align senior stakeholders and regulators around new ideas.
Curious, forward thinking, and grounded, someone who can see the big picture but knows how to make it happen.
