Head of AI Engineering (Thai Speaker)
We are a subsidiary of Muangthai Group Holding with the mindset of a technology start-up. Our mission is to deliver AI-as-a-service and enterprise AI solutions using proprietary machine learning models. We are looking for a Head of AI Engineering who can lead engineering execution, scale AI systems, and translate advanced research into reliable production systems.

Job Description
- Lead engineering teams responsible for building and scaling AI products, platforms, and enterprise solutions.
- Translate research and technical initiatives into scalable system architecture and production-ready solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI systems including model development, experimentation, deployment, and production reliability.
- Design scalable systems that integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and customer environments.
- Improve engineering productivity through strong technical standards and modern development practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Solution, and Business teams to ensure AI capabilities translate into real business value.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and service availability across production environments.
- Mentor engineers and AI specialists while fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- 1015+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or large-scale software engineering.
- Strong background in AI or machine learning research, such as developing models, contributing to research, or working in applied research environments.
- Experience translating research or experimental models into production systems.
- Experience leading engineering or AI teams delivering production-grade systems.
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving ability.
- Thai language proficiency is preferred for collaboration with local teams and clients.
