Role Purpose

Lead TrueBusiness marketing end-to-endfrom insights and strategy to integrated execution building brand trust and delivering measurable growth across Enterprise and SME. You will shape our market presence, run full-funnel marketing, elevate our beyond-connectivity solutions (cloud, data center, cybersecurity, MarTech, collaboration tools, RPA, AI, productivity tools, etc.), and inspire a high-performing team as well as agency to ensure TrueBusiness is a preferred partner for all businesses and set the new industry standard.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy, Positioning & Integrated Planning

Lead customer/market insights and translate into marketing strategy across Enterprise and SME segments. Define segmentation, positioning, messaging, and GTM approach across connectivity and beyond-connectivity solutions.

Own annual/quarterly marketing plans, budgets, KPI framework, and execution cadence.

2) Demand Generation, CRM & Performance Marketing

Own full-funnel demand generation and lifecycle marketing: acquisition, nurture, conversion, cross-sell/upsell, and retention support.

Drive CRM and marketing automation programs, lead management process, and closed loop reporting with sales across Enterprise and SME

  • Enterprise: account-based management (ABM), executive events, vertical plays, account penetration campaigns, partner-co marketing
  • SME: always-on digital acquisition, solution bundles, lifecycle offers, channel/partner marketing, scalable content programs

Manage media and channel performance (paid/owned/earned) with continuous optimization to improve ROI.

3) Communications, Events & Ecosystem Activation

Lead B2B communications, content, and thought leadership to build TrueBusiness credibility and preference.

Run field/activation programs (seminars, webinars, roundtables, partner events) aligned to sales motions.

Activate co-marketing with partners (startups, hyperscalers, ecosystem players) to accelerate adoption and pipeline.

4) Leadership, Agencies & Operating Excellence

Inspire, develop, and empower a world-class marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Manage agencies to deliver strong creative and consistent brand execution across channels and segments.

Establish performance governance: campaign reviews, budget controls, KPI reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with proven success managing teams and agencies in dynamic environments.

Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing plans and deliver measurable results (pipeline, growth, brand impact).

Strong capability across demand generation, CRM/lifecycle marketing, content/communications, events, and media management.

Excellent stakeholder managementable to align sales, product/solution teams, partnerships, and leadership.

Data-driven, innovative, and growth-oriented mindset

Proficiency in English for presentations and executive communications

Bonus

B2B marketing experience (Enterprise and/or SME), ABM exposure, or experience working closely with sales-led organizations.

Background in technology/telco/ICT, cloud/cybersecurity/AI solutions, or ecosystem co marketing with partners/hyper-scalers.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
