Primary Role:
Responsible for leading and managing insurance sales through bank branches (Branch), Auto Loan (AL), and loan channels for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME/SBO Segment). The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth for the organization by delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and strategic cross-selling initiatives.
Job Description:
- Execute strategic plans to drive insurance sales through bank branches, auto loan channels, and SME segments nationwide.
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve business targets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement cross-selling campaigns to maximize business opportunities from the existing customer base.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, SME financial solutions, and risk management practices.
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies, leading teams, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
