Lead and manage insurance sales through Bancassurance and Automotive Lending (AL) channels nationwide, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Bancassurance and AL channels, driving growth through retail, SME, and dealer networks, and leveraging cross-selling and bundling opportunities.
  • Manage overall business performance, including profitability, portfolio quality, premium collection, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and retention, providing professional insurance advisory services, handling renewals, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams, automotive dealers, and key clients through regular engagement and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance team capability and operational efficiency by delivering training, coaching, and equipping staff with effective sales tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing Bancassurance and Automotive Lending (AL) channels, including strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
