Job Description
- Define and implement the overarching brand strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Maintain consistency in brand expression, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop signature brand narratives and refine positioning to reflect the company's creative point of view.
- Lead planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns across channels.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce work that embodies the brand's distinct identity.
- Align closely with product, design, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brandtoproduct integration.
- Support storytelling across categories including handbags, apparel, accessories, footwear, environments, and special initiatives.
- Identify suitable partnerships and collaborations that reinforce the brand's values and independence.
- Oversee special projects from concept to execution while ensuring brand integrity.
- Monitor brand performance, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes to inform future strategy.
- Prepare insights and recommendations to strengthen the brand's presence in key markets.
- Ensure that communication materials consistently meet brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Maintain coherence of brand identity across digital, retail, and experiential environments.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in brand strategy, marketing, or creative communication within designcentric or premium consumer environments.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and uphold high standards of brand expression.
- Proven success collaborating with crossfunctional teams including creative, product, and retail.
- Analytical capabilities with experience interpreting audience insights and brand performance data.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
