A new-age fashion accessories brand redefining premium handbags for the modern consumer. With a strong digital-first approach, the brand is rapidly scaling across marketplaces and retail. The mission is to create a category-defining brand that blends fashion, functionality, and accessibility.

Role Overview :

As the company enters the next phase of growth, it is looking for a Head of Brand & Marketing to lead the brand vision, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing strategy across all channels.

The Head of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer demand, and market positioning. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can build a compelling brand narrative while delivering measurable business outcomes across digital, offline, and marketplace channels.

The ideal candidate should have experience scaling a D2C fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brand and understand the balance between brand-building and performance-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define and drive the overall brand strategy, positioning, and long-term vision.

• Build a strong and differentiated brand identity that resonates with the target audience.

• Develop seasonal, category, and campaign-led marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all consumer touchpoints. Marketing & Growth

• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.

• Own marketing budgets, media planning, and ROI optimization.

• Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, Influencer Marketing, Affiliates, CRM, and Emerging Platforms.

• Partner with the Ecommerce team to maximize website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Creative & Content Leadership

• Lead creative direction for campaigns, photoshoots, content creation, launches, and brand storytelling.

• Work closely with internal and external creative teams to produce impactful campaigns.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and customer insights.

Influencer & PR Strategy

• Build and execute influencer marketing strategies across macro, mid-tier, and creator ecosystems.

• Develop partnerships with stylists, celebrities, media houses, and industry stakeholders.

• Drive earned media opportunities and strengthen brand visibility. Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

• Leverage customer data, market trends, and competitor insights to inform marketing decisions.

• Identify emerging consumer behaviors and opportunities for category expansion.

• Monitor brand health metrics and customer sentiment.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and brand team.

• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.

• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and performance excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Ecommerce, Product, Design, Retail, Operations, and Leadership teams.

• Align marketing initiatives with inventory planning, launches, and revenue targets.

• Act as a key stakeholder in business planning and growth strategy discussions.

Key Success Metrics

• Brand awareness and consideration growth

• Revenue contribution from marketing initiatives

• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

• Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

• Organic traffic and engagement growth

• Influencer and PR impact metrics

• New customer acquisition and retention rates

• Campaign performance against targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 10–12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing.

• Prior experience in D2C, Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Accessories, or Consumer Brands is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of scaling brands and driving business growth.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, PR, influencer marketing, and ecommerce.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. What We're Looking For
