Job Purpose
The Head of Branding Strategy & Marketing is responsible for shaping brand strategy and driving integrated marketing initiatives to attract tenants, partners, and customers. This role plays a key part in positioning AWC's properties as leading lifestyle and experience destinations, supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pre-opening marketing strategies to generate awareness, tenant leads, and customer demand.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring effective budget utilization and strong ROI.
- Lead integrated marketing strategies across digital, B2B, and national campaigns to increase occupancy and engagement.
- Leverage data and customer insights to enhance omni-channel customer experience.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Define and drive brand vision, brand positioning, and brand identity at both corporate and property levels.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of senior-level marketing experience, with strong expertise in brand strategy.
- Experience in real estate or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.
