We're Hiring: Director / Head of Building Management - Chonburi Area
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee building operations, asset optimization, and commercial development across our properties. This role is designed for professionals who can balance strategy, operations, revenue growth, and people leadership while representing the organization with strong governance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Policy
- Define building management strategies, plans, and goals aligned with company direction
- Analyze market trends and business opportunities to enhance asset value
- Drive proactive execution based on corporate policies and leadership directives
- Identify and manage operational, financial, and reputational risks
Building Operations
- Plan and control building operations, utilities, and common areas
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, order, and service quality standards
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage contractors, service providers, and external partners
- Ensure full compliance with building laws, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
Commercial Development
- Develop rental and space utilization strategies
- Initiate revenue-generating projects such as markets, retail spaces, and special events
- Evaluate project feasibility, costs, and return on investment
- Present commercial proposals and business plans to senior management
Budget & Financial Control
- Prepare and manage the annual building management budget
- Control costs and improve financial efficiency
- Review and approve operational performance reports
- Authorize petty cash transactions within company policy
People & Organization
- Lead and develop building management teams
- Build capability, succession plans, and career pathways
- Assign work, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations
- Promote a service-minded, accountable, and performance-focused culture
Corporate Coordination
- Coordinate with corporate communications to align activities with company image
- Work closely with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Represent the organization in assigned external engagements
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 710 years of experience in building management or rental asset management
- Proven experience leading teams and managing commercial projects
Required Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of building and property management, including regulations, lease structures, and environmental compliance
- Proven capability in budget planning, cost control, and financial performance management
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience developing teams and driving performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities from existing assets
- Strong project management capability across operations and commercial initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make sound decisions under pressure
- High sense of ownership, accountability, service mindset, and integrity, with strong focus on results and work quality
