Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Growing fashion brand portfolio via brand acquisition / franchising / distribution / licensing, or M&A of new brands.
- Maintaining market intelligence on global / local retail trends to identify new trends, growth segments and to facilitate brands identification.
- Identifying and effectively pursuing new brands aligned with company strategy.
- Follow up with brand principals on commercial and contractual terms and negotiate terms in line with business expectations.
- Preparing and reviewing new projects financial feasibilities to ensure viability.
- Completing feasibility documents in collaboration with brand and finance teams in Excel format for each new brand.
- Building effective network and relationships across Central Group Business Units (CDS, CPN, CBS, etc) and external parties including potential principals.
- Maintaining and updating a list of potential new brands and target companies for management to pursue for all markets we operate or plan to operate in.
- Coordination across all stakeholders on all new brand projects and conducting presentations to management for their approval.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, or related fields, preferably within the retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands sector.
- Proven track record in brand acquisition, franchising, licensing, or M&A.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent financial modeling and feasibility analysis skills.
- Strong network within the retail and consumer brand industry, both locally and internationally, is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
