Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth Transformation
- Lead the strategic development and execution of Home Furnishings Business Unit growth roadmap, identifying opportunities to scale revenue and strengthen global market positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging design trends to identify new growth platforms and commercial opportunities.
- Develop strategic initiatives to transform the business model, including new revenue streams, new market entry strategies, and commercial expansion initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans with measurable financial impact.
New Revenue Streams & Business Model Development
- Identify and develop new revenue verticals beyond the current wholesale and retail channels, including project sales, hospitality partnerships, and design collaborations.
- Evaluate opportunities for new product categories, licensing opportunities, and strategic brand collaborations to accelerate growth.
- Design scalable commercial models to support B2B, corporate, and large-scale project opportunities.
- Build business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and new commercial initiatives.
Regional Expansion & Market Development
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the Home Furnishings business across key regional markets and international subsidiaries.
- Identify high-potential markets and define market entry strategies, distributor models, and partnership opportunities.
- Support growth initiatives within existing subsidiaries by identifying opportunities to scale revenue and strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment between local execution and global strategic priorities.
Distributor Network Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement a structured framework to strengthen the global distributor network.
- Evaluate distributor performance, territory coverage, and commercial productivity to ensure optimal market reach.
- Identify and onboard high-performing distributors and strategic partners in priority markets.
- Establish performance metrics, pipeline management processes, and accountability frameworks to drive sustainable distributor growth.
Project Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and scale a project sales pipeline targeting luxury hospitality groups, real estate developers, interior designers, and architects.
- Establish partnerships with key stakeholders across hospitality, residential, and commercial development sectors.
- Develop structured key account strategies and long-term partnership models for high-value clients.
- Collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams to develop solutions tailored for large-scale project clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably from top-tier strategy consulting firms or equivalent strategy roles.
- Strong experience in growth strategy, market expansion, business transformation, or commercial strategy.
- Experience working with consumer brands, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
- Proven capability in strategic analysis, financial modeling, and building business cases for new growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
