Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute operational strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end service delivery, project execution, and customer engagement
- Own operational P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency
- Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Partner with sales, presales, and solution teams to meet contractual commitments
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational and technical teams
- Represent the organization in executive reviews, steering committees, and partnerships
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with executive leadership, clients, and partners to improve service quality, governance, and financial performance across complex environments.
- Senior operations leader with 10+ years experience in complex environments
- Proven track record in service delivery, transformation, and process optimization
- Solid experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Effective leader of large, cross-functional operational and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management with executives, clients, and government entities
- Good understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance
- Commercially minded with strong execution capability
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
