Key Qualifications & Skills

- Expertise in using Power BI to analyze business data, including campaign performance, promotions, and profit & loss (P&L).
- Strong skills in data-driven insights, trend forecasting, and structured analytical reasoning.
- Ability to manage and analyze marketing budgets to support business decision-making and growth.
- Skilled in analyzing customer data, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor information to identify business opportunities and create competitive advantage.
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and able to work effectively under challenging conditions.
- Experienced in team leadership and development, driving team performance to meet KPIs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, such as customer data, marketing data, and competitor information, to support strategic business decisions for project initiation and development.
- Assess project feasibility and success potential, proposing adjustments to project scope or approach aligned with data insights and business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast project outcomes and provide strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate project success, summarizing findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and drive key projects such as Service Champion initiatives to enhance employee service quality and create superior customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy.
- 35 years of experience managing data teams or strategic data projects.
- Experience in retail, F&B, oil & gas, or related industries (mandatory).
- Strong multitasking, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strategic and systematic thinking, with the ability to align operations with business strategy.
- Age between 3238 years; gender not specified (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data analysis tools (mandatory).
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools to process, analyze, and summarize insights to support business decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and presentation suitable for executives and stakeholders.
- Eligible to work in Thailand and willing to travel domestically as required.
