About the Job:

The Head of Campaign will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel client campaigns and TAP-branded events. This role oversees campaign operations, cross-functional coordination, client satisfaction, and overall delivery excellence. The ideal candidate must be strategic, hands-on, and experienced in both digital and offline marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Project Management team.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, coordination, reporting, and delivery.
  • Act as escalation point for key clients and ensure campaign KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Editorial, Creative, KOL, App, and Event teams.
  • Manage online/offline campaigns and TAP-branded events (TAP Awards, Baby Bash, Baby on Board, etc.).
  • Review reports, extract insights, and monitor revenue contribution and GP margins.
  • Enhance processes and stay informed on market trends and new marketing technologies.

Requirements (Short Version):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years experience in campaign/project management or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client campaigns.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, solutions-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with digital metrics, event operations, and report analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with high ownership.
