The Role
As the Head of Commercial, you will move beyond selling to architect total business growth. You will oversee a multi-track commercial department encompassing Distribution, Shoppertainment, and Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Pivot global brand partnerships from tactical marketing projects into comprehensive, long-term commercial ecosystems, transforming short-term wins into multi-year strategic alliances.
- Direct and develop a multi-track commercial department, overseeing specialized leads and their teams.
- Instill a high-performance culture focused on consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
- Serve as the primary commercial consultant to C-suite stakeholders, diagnosing complex business challenges and designing bespoke social commerce infrastructures.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial conversion to operational handoff ensuring seamless integration with a regional logistics and fulfillment engine.
The Ideal Profile
- At least 15 years of leadership experience within high-growth digital ecosystems, integrated marketing, or top-tier consulting firms
- A combination of salesperson and business strategist, with a deep understanding of unit economics, profit margins, and revenue scaling
- The ability to build sophisticated business cases that balance creative ambition with bottom-line profitability
- A deep understanding of how influencer networks, performance media, live-stream commerce, and supply chain logistics converge to drive revenue
- A seasoned leader with a track record of managing multi-layered teams and building robust commercial structures
- Native-level Thai with professional English proficiency
