Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
  • Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Preparing budgets, reports, support management and presentations.

Requirements and skills

  • BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR functions and compensation and benefits management.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Knowledge of Labor Law.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail skill, ability to multitask, and highly organized.
