Job Description
- Develop social content strategies for clients, covering both campaign-based and always-on approaches
- Lead the analysis of consumer insights, trends, and platform movements to identify opportunities for brands in the digital space
- Conceptualize and present creative, strategic content ideas that maintain strong branding and drive engagement or virality
- Manage and develop the content team to ensure efficiency, including setting quality control standards
- Oversee and align workflows between Content and Design/Production teams to ensure consistency from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with Creative, Influencer, Media, and Strategic Planning teams to ensure integrated communication across all content
- Provide direction for content production, especially short-form video (TikTok, Reels, etc.), ensuring ideas are effectively executed
- Monitor content performance and analyze data to develop optimization plans based on insights
- Act as a decision-maker in filtering, refining, and improving content, prioritizing brand and company value
- Represent the company in presenting work to client management teams with confidence
Scope of Work:
- Oversee the full content process from Ideation → Production → Delivery
- Plan content at a macro level, including Brand Narrative, Content Pillars, and Platform Strategy
- Provide close guidance and feedback to Content Creators, Copywriters, and Social Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AE) / Client Leads to ensure content aligns with both strategic goals and production feasibility
- Develop content frameworks and team working standards
- Design workflows between Content and Production teams to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure alignment from concept to execution
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Content, Social, or Creative Communication, with a strong and proven portfolio
- Experience leading teams, with the ability to effectively manage time and team resources
- Strong big-picture thinking, with a solid understanding of Branding, Strategy, Consumer Journey, and Platform Performance
- Strong understanding of social trends and content formats that drive engagement or virality, with the ability to adapt them intelligently to each brand's DNA
- Solid understanding of video content and production processes, especially short-form formats (e.g., TikTok, Reels), with the ability to provide clear direction to the team
- Proven leadership skills: clear direction, open-mindedness, direct communication, and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong English proficiency, with the ability to deliver presentations at an executive level
