Lead a team to develop financial modeling for M&A, project feasibility, business valuation for Shopping centers, Residences, and REIT projects, including JV & mixed-use development projects
Originate and drive transaction ideas, identifying opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships
Execute through the due diligence, bid, negotiation, and approval phases, including interfacing with a broader team, including internal and external legal specialists, accountants, technical, and other experts
Understand the key business drivers as well as predict, identify, and manage key issues and risks through insights, factual conclusions, and advice
Contribute to financial planning and decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Investment, Corporate Finance, or related fields
Minimum 5-8 years experience in Investment banking and M&A, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
Experience with deal execution of M&A and IPO projects
Experience in M&A consulting, Capital Markets, or Financial Consulting
Superior quantitative and analytical skills with financial modeling experience, building operational and cash flow models
Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both Thai and English
