Job Summary

Lead corporate strategy, business planning, and budgeting to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Oversee marketing, communications, and sales channel development while ensuring strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management.

Job description

  • Define corporate objectives, business strategies, budgets, sales plans, and marketing models for insurance products to serve as strategic guidelines for business operations and key initiatives. Monitor and analyze business performance to continuously improve processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and oversee corporate planning and cost control, including effective management of operating expenses and marketing promotion budgets. Formulate strategic plans by analyzing market demand and developing comprehensive marketing initiatives, including campaign promotions, corporate branding, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Plan and manage both internal and external communications, including public relations strategies, to enhance corporate image and brand awareness. Identify and develop new sales channels across both digital and non-digital platforms to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Oversee the organization and coordination of Board of Directors meetings, corporate secretarial functions, statutory registrations, and issuance of official corporate documents. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of governance-related activities.
  • Ensure that the company's operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of regulatory authorities, as well as internal policies and corporate governance standards.

Job qualifications

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business planning, corporate finance, or strategic management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or banking-related industries.
  • Strong experience in corporate planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance management, with the ability to translate strategic direction into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven capability in market analysis, strategic marketing, and business development, including experience in developing new sales channels (digital and non-digital) and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, Board of Directors processes, corporate secretarial functions, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal policy governance, particularly within regulated industries.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, Board members, regulators, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in strategic presentations, business reporting, and executive-level communication in both Thai and English is preferred.
