The Head of Credit Risk Management will lead the overall credit function, with responsibilities including:. Designing and implementing credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and risk strategies across products
. Driving portfolio quality through robust risk assessment, early warning systems, and delinquency management
. Overseeing underwriting processes across retail/MSME/corporate (depending on portfolio mix)
. Building and refining scorecards, risk models, and segment-specific strategies
. Monitoring portfolio performance, NPAs, and credit cost metrics, and driving corrective actions
. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with RBI guidelines
. 12-18 years of experience in credit risk within NBFCs or banks
. Strong expertise in underwriting, credit policy, scorecards, and portfolio risk management
. Deep understanding of credit lifecycle, asset quality management, and risk metrics
. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk governance practices
