What You'll Do:
- Define & Execute Data Strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive enterprise data roadmap, aligning it with our strategic business and AI/ML goals, and prioritizing high-value data initiatives with clear KPIs.
- Ensure Data Excellence & Governance: Oversee our Master Data Management (MDM) program, guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency, and quality of critical data assets while strictly adhering to enterprise data governance policies.
- Architect & Scale Data Platforms: Lead the design, development, and operation of our cutting-edge enterprise data platform, data architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines, adopting modern data stack technologies to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Drive Analytics & Innovation: Define our BI strategy, delivering robust dashboards and fostering self-service analytics capabilities. Champion a data-driven culture, piloting innovative AI/ML and generative AI use cases across the organization.
- Lead & Empower Teams: Manage data engineering teams, external vendors, and cloud platforms, while fostering talent development and building a high-performing, data-literate organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership capacity overseeing data teams.
- Extensive experience in building and operating enterprise data platforms and robust MDM programs.
- Proven expertise in data architecture, data lakes, data warehouses, cloud platforms, ETL/ELT, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and team development.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and influence stakeholders at all levels.
