Head of Data Platform

What you'll do

You'll lead the Enterprise Data Solutions function, designing and evolving data warehouses, marts, and operational data stores that support enterprise-wide transformation. Working closely with business, governance, and security teams, you'll ensure data is trusted, scalable, and compliant while enabling initiatives such as CRM, SVOC, and CEP. You'll also guide architecture decisions, optimise data pipelines, manage key vendors, and ensure reporting and analytics deliver real business value.

What you'll need

• 58+ years experience in enterprise data, analytics, or data architecture
• Strong expertise in DWH design (star schema) and enterprise data architecture
• Advanced SQL / MSSQL (T-SQL) capability
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Talend, SSIS) and BI platforms (QlikView, Power BI)
• Proven people leadership experience managing data teams of 510
• Good command of Thai & English with strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have:

• Insurance industry exposure and IFRS17 knowledge
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Data governance, metadata, and lineage frameworks
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics and modern data pipelines
