About the Role
We are working with organisations across Southeast Asia that are undergoing SAP S/4HANA transformations and looking to unlock AI and advanced analytics from their data.
This role will focus on bridging SAP data environments with AI-driven use cases — ensuring data is structured, accessible, and fit for purpose to support real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP data workstreams across ECC → S/4HANA programmes
- Define and implement data architecture to support AI and analytics use cases
- Drive data quality, cleansing, and governance initiatives across core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
- Enable extraction and integration of SAP data into external platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure)
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI-driven use cases (e.g. predictive maintenance, demand forecasting)
- Oversee creation of scalable data pipelines and ensure data readiness for downstream AI/ML models
- Align SAP, data, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven initiatives
Required Experience
- Proven experience in SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and/or CDS views
- Experience in data migration, data quality, and data governance
- Exposure to AI/machine learning or advanced analytics initiatives
- Experience integrating SAP data into modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure)
- Background within manufacturing, automotive, or agriculture sectors preferred
- Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering AI use cases (predictive maintenance, supply chain optimisation, forecasting)
- Knowledge of data architecture patterns (data lakes, data fabric, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA or embedded analytics
- Experience working across regional or multi-country SAP landscapes
