About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure business delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Southeast Asia. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Head of Design to lead the engineering design function across multiple mission-critical developments.

Required Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Data Centre Design
• Experience leading design teams within data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong M&E engineering background with knowledge of critical systems.
• Proven experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
