Job Description

This role is responsible for leading AWC's digital strategy, online presence, and digital ecosystem to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and corporate reputation across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that strengthen AWC's online visibility, search performance, audience growth, and stakeholder engagement across digital channels and platforms.
  • Lead the development and optimization of AWC's corporate website, social media ecosystem, and digital content strategy
  • Deliver compelling experiences, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and amplify key corporate narratives.
  • Establish digital analytics, performance measurement, and reporting frameworks to generate actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and continuously improve the effectiveness of digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in leading digital strategy, digital marketing, corporate communications, digital content, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and corporate reputation across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong experience in managing and optimizing corporate websites, social media ecosystems, content management systems (CMS), SEO/SEM initiatives, and digital content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital trends, technologies, customer behavior, and platform best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
  • Highly adaptable and agile leader with a strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for continuous improvement.
