About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly driven, and commercially minded Head of Advertiser Growth & Brand Partnerships to lead our advertiser acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will build our advertiser ecosystem from the ground up, establish strategic partnerships, acquire brands and agencies, onboard advertisers, drive campaign success, and help define AdxReel's go-to-market strategy.

You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Creator Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Your work will directly influence the company's revenue, advertiser retention, platform adoption, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Leadership

Own end-to-end advertiser revenue generation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build predictable sales pipelines.
  • Increase advertiser acquisition.
  • Drive repeat advertiser spend.
  • Improve advertiser lifetime value.
  • Increase average deal size.

2. Advertiser Acquisition

Build AdxReel's advertiser network from scratch.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, Media Sales, SaaS Sales, or Enterprise B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
