About the Company

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Head of Marketing to orchestrate our comprehensive marketing ecosystem within the dynamic investment and brokerage landscape. This executive role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and deep technical expertise across campaign management, media investment, and omnichannel execution. You will serve as the chief architect of our brand's growth, driving investor acquisition, boosting trading activity, and aligning marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives to expand our market share.

About the Role

This role involves leading the marketing strategy and execution to enhance investor engagement and drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and trading volume.

Responsibilities

1.Strategic Planning & Business Alignment

  • Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies that drive investor acquisition, platform engagement, and sustained growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and trading volume.
  • Manage the comprehensive marketing budget, ensuring precise allocation across initiatives to maximize ROI and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for various financial products.
  • Define brand positioning in a highly competitive wealth management sector and translate business goals into actionable, data-backed marketing roadmaps.

2.End-to-End Campaign & Product Marketing

  • Lead the conceptualization, orchestration, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from inception to post-campaign analysis (e.g., new financial product launches, trading promotions, and investor education initiatives).
  • Ensure all creative messaging aligns with brand equity standards while strictly adhering to financial regulatory compliance and SEC guidelines.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Investment Strategy, and Tech departments to ensure flawless Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for new trading features or investment options.

3.Media Strategy & Investment

  • Design and oversee a high-impact media mix strategy encompassing Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned (PESO) channels to reach high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and retail investors.
  • Direct media buying operations and manage agency relationships to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and secure premium placements in relevant financial and lifestyle media.
  • Establish rigorous performance tracking frameworks to continuously analyze media metrics and pivot investments using agile methodologies.

4.Omnichannel & Channel Optimization

  • Architect a frictionless and premium customer journey across all digital and physical touchpoints (Trading App, Web, Social Media, CRM, and offline events/seminars).
  • Leverage modern Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to drive deep personalization at scale, offering relevant investment insights to the right user at the right time.
  • Analyze channel-specific algorithms and investor behaviors to maximize engagement, account funding rates, and overall Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role. Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Banking, or Brokerage firms is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for Investment (Highly Preferred): A strong personal interest in investing, capital markets, wealth generation, or digital assets will be given special consideration.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between Corporate Brand Building (Trust & Credibility) and Performance Marketing (Account Opening & Trading Conversion).
  • Financial Acumen: Strong capability to manage complex budgets, analyze P&L structures, and articulate marketing's financial impact to C-level stakeholders.
  • Data & Tech Fluency: High proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and CRM platforms to drive actionable insights from investor data.
  • Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a history of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
